Assalamualaikum w.b.t dan salam kasih persahabatan...

Huh..!!! Rajin sungguh aku menulis entry kat blog nie.. bukan ape, aku nak kurangkan masa aku kat FACEBOOK so aku lebeyhkan sedikit mase aku untuk berkongsi sedikit sebanyak ilmu ALLAH yang tak terkira banyaknye kepada pembace2 yang sudi menziarah blog aku yang tak seberapa nie.. terima kasih banyak2 kepada semua pembace...

aku dah decide yang dalam sebulan at least aku dapat selitkan satu entry tentang kesihatan.. so, entry kali nie, aku akan mengupas sedikit sebnyk tentang sejenis buah nie... Buah ape kalo tiap2 tahun baru cina jek mesti berlambak2 kat pasar raya, tepi2 jalan dan segenap penjuru tempat2 perniagaan... Hah!!! Buah... OREN a.k.a ORANGE dalam bahasa omputihnye...

ramai jugak yang tahu tentang kebaikan buah oren nie dari segi kesihatan.. sebut jek buah oren mesti relate kan dengan vitamin C, anti oksidan, baik untuk kulit and macam2 lagi.. ramai yang masih tak tahu yang buah oren nie banyak lagi kelebihannya yang lain.. so, tugas saya di sini untuk berkongsi sedikit ilmu yang telah saye kaji dan teliti daripada sumber2 yang bertauliah...

asal name die oren ek??? sebab warna die jingga (orange) so orang panggil die oren??? aku pown xtau sebab camne orang leyh panggil name buah nie oren.. aku dah try carik... history sume aku bukak tapi xde sejarah kukuh yang boleyh aku state kat cni.. so kite lupekanlah camne die dapat name ek.. Okey, based on aku nyer kajian, buah oren atau limau nie ade bnyk jenis yang datangnyer dari family orange tue sendirik.. di antaranya adalah limau:

MANDARIN (bnyk kan skang kita lihat kat supermarket... berkotak2!!!...)
CLEMENTINE (sejenis buah limau kecik, senang nak kupas dan die xde bijik..)
TANGERINE (same gak ngan clementine tadi tapi die warna merah2 ckit...)
MINNEOLA (yang nie saintis wat cross breed gune tangerine ngan anggur)

KEBAIKAN NUTRISI

Buah oren @ limau nie adalah sumber terbaik bagi vitamin C dan juga flavonoids. Sebijik buah oren yang seberat 130 grams boleyh menyediakan hampir 100 percent daripada keperluan vitamin C dalam diet kita seharian. Apabila kita makan, buah oren nie menyediakan sumber fiber yang bagus dalam badan. Tau tak yang kat buah limau apabila kite kupas kulit, yang warna putih kat kulit die tue adalah ALBEDO... Albedo nie mempunyai khasiat tinggi dengan bioflavonoids dan juga anti-cancer agents.

Tambahan lagi, buah oren nie juga adalah sumber yang baik kepada vitamin A, asid amino, beta-carotene, kalium, asid folic, kalsium, iodine, phosphorus, natrium, zink, mangan, klorin dan juga zat besi.

Yang mane, ini membuatkan buah oren ade beberapa properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, blood clot inhibiting dan kesan anti-oksidan yang tinggi. TIPS:

kalo nak beli buah oren@limau yang elok kat pasar, pilih yang nmpak cam firm jek and berat ckit... nie menandakan buah oren tue bnyak jus kat dalam.
kalo nak bwat jus, gune buah oren yang disimpan kat suhu bilik sebab ini membantu mendapatkan lebeyh bnyak jus.
vitamin C nie jenis yang cepat terurai once exposed kat udara. so, dah kupas makan cepat2!!!

itu sahaja sedikit sebnyak yang boleyh saye kongsi tentang buah oren ini. saye berharap kita sama2 dapat memanfaatkannya... InsyaALLAH...

p/s: jangan cari saye jika ade yang sakit perut sebab makan buah limau mandarin sekotak!!! (mentang2 lar limau mandarin tengah murah skang...)

Bermula dengan entry ini, InsyaALLAH jika diizinkan oleh ALLAH saya akan mencuri sedikit masa saya untuk berkongsi sedikit kata-kata pujangga atau hikmah bagi tatapan pengunjung blog saya... Bagi bulan Januari, saya memilih beberapa kata-kata hikmah tentang KEHIDUPAN...

Pada tika dan detik ini, seorang bayi lelaki telah selamat lahir ke dunia ini. Bayi sulung yang membawa banyak kegembiraan di muka kedua ibubapanya.. Kegembiraan yang tiada nilainya, rezeki istimewa daripada Pencipta kepada hamba-Nya dan membawa pengertian kepada tanggungjawab untuk membesarkan bayi itu... AHMAD IQBAL SYAFIQ name diberi... Name yang begitu indah dan hebat bagi menjalankan tugas sebagai seorang khalifah di bumi ALLAH ini...

Hari ini genap 22 tahun sahabatku yang berada di bumi Manipal sana, bertungkus lumus dalam membawa pulang segulung ijazah kedoktoran ke bumi Malaysia... Hari ini aku meluangkan sedikit mase untuk menulis entry yang tidak seberapa ini khas kepada sahabatku...

The human brain is the most complex and least understood part of the human anatomy. There may be a lot we don’t know, but here are a few interesting facts that we’ve got covered.

1. Nerve impulses to and from the brain travel as fast as 170 miles per hour.
Ever wonder how you can react so fast to things around you or why that stubbed toe hurts right away? It’s due to the super speedy movement of nerve impulses from your brain to the rest of your body and vice versa, bringing reactions at the speed of a high powered luxury sports car.

2. The brain operates on the same amount of power as 10watt light bulb.
The cartoon image of a light bulb over your head when a great thought occurs isn’t too far off the mark. Your brain generates as much energy as a small light bulb even when you’re sleeping.

3. The human brain cell can hold 5 times as much information as the Encyclopedia Britannica. Or any other encyclopedia for that matter.
Scientists have yet to settle on a definitive amount, but the storage capacity of the brain in electronic terms is thought to be between 3 or even 1,000 terabytes. The National Archives of Britain, containing over 900 years of history, only takes up 70 terabytes, making your brain’s memory power pretty darn impressive.

4. Your brain uses 20% of the oxygen that enters your bloodstream.
The brain only makes up about 2% of our body mass, yet consumes more oxygen than any other organ in the body, making it extremely susceptible to damage related to oxygen deprivation. So breathe deep to keep your brain happy and swimming in oxygenated cells.

5. The brain is much more active at night than during the day.
Logically, you would think that all the moving around, complicated calculations and tasks and general interaction we do on a daily basis during our working hours would take a lot more brain power than, say, lying in bed. Turns out, the opposite is true. When you turn off your brain turns on. Scientists don’t yet know why this is but you can thank the hard work of your brain while you sleep for all those pleasant dreams.

6. Scientists say the higher your I.Q. the more you dream.
While this may be true, don’t take it as a sign you’re mentally lacking if you can’t recall your dreams. Most of us don’t remember many of our dreams and the average length of most dreams is only 23 seconds–barely long enough to register.

7. Neurons continue to grow throughout human life.
For years scientists and doctors thought that brain and neural tissue couldn’t grow or regenerate. While it doesn’t act in the same manner as tissues in many other parts of the body, neurons can and do grow throughout your life, adding a whole new dimension to the study of the brain and the illnesses that affect it.

8. Information travels at different speeds within different types of neurons.
Not all neurons are the same. There are a few different types within the body and transmission along these different kinds can be as slow as 0.5 meters/sec or as fast as 120 meters/sec.

9. The brain itself cannot feel pain.
While the brain might be the pain center when you cut your finger or burn yourself, the brain itself does not have pain receptors and cannot feel pain. That doesn’t mean your head can’t hurt. The brain is surrounded by loads of tissues, nerves and blood vessels that are plenty receptive to pain and can give you a pounding headache.

10. 80% of the brain is water.
Your brain isn’t the firm, gray mass you’ve seen on TV. Living brain tissue is a squishy, pink and jellylike organ thanks to the loads of blood and high water content of the tissue. So the next time you’re feeling dehydrated get a drink to keep your brain hydrated.

Sujud syukur kehadrat ilahi kerna masih lagi terus merasai nikmat kurniaan-NYA.. Alhamdulillah.. Selawat dan salam kebawah junjungan besar Rasulullah SAW para sahabat baginda dan keluarga...

Hari ini sudah masuk tahun baru masihi 2010.. Pabila masuk tahun semua orang cbuk dengan azam baru, perancangan sepanjang tahun dan banyak lagi... Saye seperti kebiasaannya tahun baru tidak memberi ape2 keistimewaan.. Menyambut sekadar ucapan selamat tahun baru kepada keluarga tercinta dan rakan2 seperjuangan, tidak keluar meraikan seperti kebnyakan warga kota di luar sana yang cbuk dengan memeriahkan sambutan menyambut tahun baru di merata rata tempat...Cukuplah sekadar saye berada di rumah bersama sama rakan di rumah sewa di Shah Alam...

Tahun 2009 yang telah berlalu meninggalkan kite dengan begitu bnyak memori suka dan duka dalam kehidupan.. saye dicni ingin berkongsi kisah diri yg berlaku baik pada diri saye sendiri, keluarga atau rakan2 lain... Begitu bnyak kisah2 yg ingin ditulis dcni tetapi hny ade satu kisah yg bnyak mengajar saye dan memberi kesan pada diri saye...

Kisah duka....

Kisah ini mengenai sahabat karib saye yang telah kehilangan tali dalam kehidupannya... kehilangan sember kekuatan pada dirinya... kehilangan seorang pemimpin yang die sanjungi dan sayangi...kehilangan seorang insan bergelar ABAH.. Amat besar tittle ABAH itu dalam diri sahabat saye ini... 18 OGOS 2009... tarikh yang xkan dilupakan dalam kamus hidup sahabat karib saye ini dan begitu juga dalam diri saye...

17 OGOS 2009
hari yang berjalan seperti biase spt hari2 yang lain... malam itu saye cbuk berlatih menghafal sajak yg akan saye deklamasikan pada besok ari dalam pertandingan mendeklamasikan sajak sempene hari kemerdekaan peringkat university... sebelum ini saye dan 3 org rakan saye yg len akan masuk dlm pertndingan ini tetapi last2 saye sorang yg masuk.. pada mulanya saye mmg rase bengang gile sebab b4 nie kate nak masuk skali.. last2 saye sowang.. hukhuk... tapi biarlah itu tidak menjadi masalah bagi saye... so mlm tu saye mmg cbuk menghafaz sajak dan ari berlalu mcm biase... saye tidak tahu yg esok ari ada angin ribut yg melanda... mlm tue tdo cam biase... esok kelas kul 8 pagi, kelas biochem... saye ponteng coz nak masuk pertandingan tue...

bgun mcm biase... lapor diri di urus setia pertndingan pukul 8 pagi.. saye ke kolej rakan2 saye ke kelas biochem... selepas daftar, tunggu semua peserta hadir dan mjlis strt pkul 9 pagi... saye dapat giliran ke-9.. mmg berdebar2.. smbil menungggu giliran saye bersms dgn sahabat karib saye yg pada ketika ini berada dalm kelas.. dalam kelas pown boleyh sms.. hukhuk... die bnyak memberi kate2 semngat pada saye.. cakap yg saye boleyh buat.. tgh sms tue tibe2 die kate yg tolong doakan abah die.. die ckp abah die tgh tenat kat hospital skrg.. air muka saye terus berubah.. xtahu nak ckp ape... saye juz cakp kat die bwk bnyk bersabar.. saye mendoakan abah die selamat.. saye rase mmg tidak sedap ati... lepas tue sye berhenti mesej die.. kat depan time tue peserta ke 8 baru naik pentas.. time tue saye dapt mesej dari sorang lagi shbt saye yg abah sahabt karib saye tue telah kembali ke Rahmatullah... nak nangis rase time tue.. saye kuatkan ati dan lepas tue peserta ke 8 selesai.. lepas nie giliran saye.. dgn berita yg baru diterima tdi saye kuatkan diri ke pentas...

Bace sajak ntah pape time tue sebab semua yg dihafal semalm spt hilang... dgn ati yg runsing memikirkan shbt karib saye tue saye cepatkan bace dan bergegas pulang... sempat call die n die angkat tgh nangis.. luluh ati sye dgr die nangis.. sape tak nangis kan kalo dah dpt berita cam tue... saye xtau cmne nak bersemuka dgn die pabila balik rumah sewa nanti.. saye berlari balik ke rumah.. sampai kat rumah saye peluk shbat saye tue erat2.. saye peluk rapat2... biar die tahu yg sye ada kat sisi die.. saye biarkan die menangis dan terus menangis.. saye kenal die dah hmpir setahun setengah dan muka die pada hari itu sgt sayu dan lemah.. sedih hati saye melihat die...

pada hari tue saye, die dan seorang lagi kawan saye ikut die balik.. dgn kuasa Yang Maha Esa kami bertiga sempat smpai sebelum acara pengebumian dijalankan... saye stay kat rumah die smpai 5 hari... xkisah dah dgn kelas sume yg penting sye serba sedikit dapat memberi sumbangan moral dengan menemani die.. saye dan rakan saye sowang lagi bertolak balik dulu ke shah alam dgn bas.. sahabat karib saye tue balik sendiri dgn kereta lepas 7 ari...

sumpah lepas die balik ke shah alam saye xtau nak layan die camne.. nak tegur camne, perlu bergurau ke tak... hukhuk... Alhamdulillah die mmg seorang yg tabah.. lepas tue mmg saye bnyak bersame die pada waktu die memerlukan saye disisi.. biarlah saye meminjamkan bahu untuk menangis, meminjam telinga untuk mendengar.. itu saje yg saye mampu buat untuk meringankan beban di hati.. memang betul kate pepatah, Berat pada mata yg memandang, Berat lagi bahu yg memikul...

2010, January 1
dah hmpir 4 bulan setengah kisah tue berlalu.. saye masih ingat dan masih segar diingatan.. pengalaman lalu mengajar saye erti kehidupan dan kasih syg.. sepanjang hidup ini, saye telah mengalami 2 peristiwa tentang kehilangan orang tersayang yg berlaku kedua duanya pada sahabat karib saye... semoga mereka tabah dan sentiasa ingat pada yang tiada..

Pada sahabat karib saye tue, pada thun baru nie mari kite menjadi insan yg lebeyh baik dari thun lepas.. rugi kalau kite masih di takuk lame lagi.. masih bnyak cabaran pada masa hadapan yg menanti.. dan jgn simpan masalah sowang2.."aku nak join jugak wei"... tue kate ko pada aku... so aku tujukan balik pada ko.. huhu..

Lakaran bermula...

Assalamualaikum wbt...

Pertamanya syukur ke hadrat ilahi, selawat dan salam kepada junjungan besar Rasulullah S.A.W, para sahabat baginda dan keluarga... Berucap syukur pada yang esa kerna masih lagi merasai nikmat hidup, masih lagi bernafas dan merasai nikmat yang paling besar yakni nikmat IMAN & ISLAM.. Alhamdulillah...

Kehadiran entry ini adalah sebagai perkenalan kepada entry2 yang akan datang... InsyaAllah, jika diberkan kemudahan dan kesempatan blog ini akan terus aktif... Dah lame rasenye nak menulis blog kerna ramai di antara rakan2 seperjuangan yang ade blog sendiri dan aktif menulisnya dengan pelbagai entry sama ada peristiwa2 bermakna dalam hidup, luahan hati, sesi ilmu dan banyak lagi... Rase terdetik di hati untuk bersama-sama menulis blog...

Dalam entry saye yang pertama ini, sengaja saya tulis sebelum menginjak ke tahun baru tahun 2010 yang akan tiba beberapa jam sahaja lagi... Dalam entry ini saye akan menulis serba sedikit tentang diri saye...

SHAFIZOL BIN ZAINUDDIN, 21 berasal dari Kelantan... Anak yang kedua daripada 6 orang adik beradik.. Sekarang masih belajar di Management & Science University (MSU) di Shah Alam... Mengambil dalam bidang Biomedicine dan bercita-cita ingin menjadi seorang doktor jika diberi peluang... Happy Go Lucky and looking forward in frenship with evryone... Itu serba sedikit mengenai diri saye....

Saye rase itu sahaja buat pengenalan kepada entry pertama daripada saye... Entry terbaru akan ditulis pada tahun baru 2010 nanti....
